Selling your property

  • CSMC can provide support towards completing the LPE1 form, we can provide a certain amount of information concerning service charges, budgets, etc., arising from day to day maintenance of the site, but cannot answer all the LPE1 enquiries.

  • CSMC will be able provide a certificate of compliance following a completed signed deed of covenant.

  • The above comes with a standard administration cost of £100.

  • Sellers will need to ensure their service charge account is up to date with CSMC.
